Institution-led travel with academic relevance
This track is suitable for class or batch-level visits where the primary objective is to expose students to manufacturing, logistics, technology, research, hospitality, sustainability, infrastructure, or service-sector operations through institution-led travel. The industrial visit side is especially suited for department-level, class-level, or batch-level requests.
Typical duration is 4–6 days for batches of 20–40 students, across initial destinations in Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia.

Process
How industrial visits work
- Faculty member or authorized student coordinator raises a request
- Institution identity and authority to coordinate the group are verified
- Group size, department, semester, and preferred travel window are collected
- Destination and industry sectors are shortlisted
- Visit structure is developed, including academic relevance and logistics
- Costing and itinerary are prepared
- Institution approves and confirms
- Documentation, visa, insurance, and travel desk processes commence
