Global Exposure Programs are institution-first. Verifying every applicant's institutional identity before detailed processing protects students, keeps host companies confident, and ensures groups travel with legitimate institutional backing. Verification happens as Step 1 of the registration form.
What you will need
- Your institutional ID card as an image or PDF
- Your user type: Student / Class Representative / Faculty / Institution Coordinator / Company Representative
- Your institution name
- Your official institutional email address
- An authorization letter, if you are applying as faculty or on behalf of an institution
Only after verification is complete does the full enquiry form unlock. Students proceeding independently without institutional backing may be subject to stricter document review or limited options.
