India is where the next decade compounds.
1.4B+ market opportunity
Underserved verticals, B2B SaaS demand, cost arbitrage for delivery.
Efficient unit economics
Lower hiring, R&D and go-to-market spend vs. US/EU.
Talent depth
Engineers, designers, ops teams available at scale.
Regulatory tailwinds
Startup visa, tax incentives, digital-first infrastructure.

India entry questions.
Do I need to be in India physically?
No. We handle most of the setup remotely. A Day 20–30 visit for market research and soft launch is encouraged but not mandatory in Week 1.
What visa status do I need?
Business or tourist visas let most setup start remotely. India also offers a Startup India visa for founders — we guide you through the options.
Can I use a nominee director?
Legally yes, but we recommend direct incorporation as founder. It simplifies equity, investor confidence, and future fundraising.
How long until I can legally operate?
Bank account (14–21 days), GST (7–10 days), entity registration (same day). By Day 30 you're fully operational.
What if I fail to gain traction in 30 days?
Market learning still happens. We provide post-launch support and help you adjust or pivot. The 30 days is entry, not exit.
